CPR and rescue breathing are two different things!!! and have two different reactions when it’s an overdose and fentanyl is involved. You don’t have to crack the ribs. You just need to do rescue breathing something. The cops in my town have no clue about how sad as a mother that’s something I had to add to my résumé, but emergency personnel has no clue.
