to the people trying to say your dog should be muzzled, please. If your dog won't so much as look at you let alone recall, they absolutely should not be off leash. You don't run up to random people and hug them and jump all over them do you? no. You teach your children not to talk to strangers. Maybe don't let your untrained, misbehaving dog run up to other dogs that are minding their own business on leash.

Control it on a leash or train it!! Not all dogs are social,& nobody should have to muzzle their dogs. If your dog is not on a leash it should be extremely well trained

I lived in a neighborhood where people would get arrested for dog fights. My dogs were big and friendly and unleashed. These people would freak the fuck out. The real animals are the ones that force dogs to fight. Disgusting people

If it's not a designated off leash zone and if you don't have a solid recall, do not let them off leash at all. That's how fights and injuries happen. Noone is entitled to letting their dogs off leash regardless what some sign might say.

Former Animal Control Officer here. 1. If your dog is aggressive to the extent it’ll attack or kill, you need to muzzle it. That’s what responsible owners do. 2. If her dog’s recall isn’t great, she should have it on a long line, not off leash. 3. You’re both in the wrong.

I let me dog off the leash but as soon as I see anouther dog especially on a leash I recall and re leash her. if ur dog can be off leash have respect for others who can't
