المكونات: ٣ ملاعق كبار بذور كتان ، ملعقتين كبار حلبة ٣ كوبايات موية (أو أكتر حسب شعرك) . جل الصبار " اختياري" و ضيفي الزيوت البتحبيها (أنا استخدمت: خروع، زيتون، أرغان، جوز هند، روزماري، نعناع، ماكاديميا، Eucalyptus ) 🌿 الطريقة:انقعي بذور الكتان + الحلبة في الموية ٣ ساعات (ولو عاوزة أكتر ما مشكلة) لحدي ما يشربوا الموية ويعملوا جل.صفيهم بـ cheese cloth، ضيفي جل الصبار وقلبي كويس، ضيفي الزيوت البتحبيها. وزعي الخليط من الفروة لحدي الأطراف، خليهو على شعرك ساعة او ساعتين،و غسلي بشامبو sulfate free. النتيجة؟ ترطيب + كثافة!🤍 #curlyhairmask #deepconditioning #الحلبة_للشعر #ترطيب_الشعر_الكيرلي #بذور_الكتان_للشعر
