Ingredients 1/3 cup maple syrup 2 tbsp coconut oil 1/3 cup peanut butter 1 cup oats 1 cup oat flour 5 medjool dates 1/4 cup water 1 tbsp cocoa powder Method Line a loaf tin. Heat the dates, cocoa powder and water until soft, then mash into a paste. Mix the remaining ingredients together, press most of the oat mixture into the tin, spread over the date mixture, then crumble the rest on top. Refrigerate until set.
