Captain Clark is NOT bacteria. In the Backrooms, the bacteria is actually a cluster of bacteria called Hay Bacillus. Captain Clark is merely a reflection of Clark's own troubles and problems.

Immediately wrong on the timeline point, found footage means that the bacteria was actually first before captain Clark. Only justification could be weird time shenanigans, which the backrooms is indeed known for

wrong cause bacteria apeared in litfalls which was beforw the movie, and another thing that disproves this theory wrong is the bacteria mis made up of mutated hay bacillus which is a colonial bacteria.
