@lifeuncutpodcast: Nobody talks about what pregnancy after miscarriage actually feels like. The fear. The hypervigilance. The grief that doesn't just go away because you got a positive test. Irena said it so we could all feel a little less alone in it. 🤍 We can't change what happened — but we can change how women are supported. That starts with conversations like this one.
You feel so robbed of the excitement and happiness you should have and instead it’s replaced with fear, anxiety and being scared because your scared to be happy and excited again when it could all change and be taken away from you so quickly 💔😢

After 14 miscarriages, when my first baby died at 4 months post delivery, my second full term pregnancy was wildly nerve racking from total fear of losing her during pregnancy or post pregnancy. Thankfully she survived, but was deprived of my total presence through fear of losing her. My 3rd pregnancy was different and less fearful. Big love to the women going through pregnancy loss 😘

Or even worse, the pregnancy after miscarriage you have random bleeding they can’t explain so you just have to deal with it. My first full pregnancy I was never calm
