Does this really work? I have a room without windows and it gets extremely hot and I hate buying fans that say it cools down the whole room as it says 🥺 I want one that work so that way my autistic son doesn’t wake up sweating 😓

I know it sounds crazy but I have spent countless hours searching for the loudest fans possible without being crazy huge because I need the noise to sleep and we travel a lot so I want something I could fit in my suitcase if taken apart and won’t take up my entire bag lol I may have to try this! If anyone knows of any other fans who rock out the white noise without being huge let me know
