@itsesther38: Today I’m showing you how to make a simple, delicious Ugandan meal of posho, beans, and avocado! Ingredients * 2 cups maize flour (posho flour) * 4 cups water * 2 cups boiled beans * 1 onion, chopped * 2 tomatoes, chopped * Salt to taste * 1 avocado, sliced * 2 tablespoons cooking oil Step 1: Cook the Beans 1. Boil beans until soft. 2. In a pan, heat oil and fry onions until golden. 3. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. 4. Add the boiled beans and a little water. 5. Add salt and simmer for 10–15 minutes. Step 2: Cook the Posho 1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. 2. Slowly add maize flour while stirring continuously. 3. Keep stirring to avoid lumps. 4. Add more flour until the posho becomes firm. 5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, then stir again until smooth. Step 3: Serve 1. Mould the posho onto a plate. 2. Add a generous serving of beans. 3. Slice fresh avocado and place it on the side. 4.
