What many locals dont understand is that the economy is an ecosystem many businesses depend on each other so from your example if 100 jobs are lost, how much output is lost 🤔, that output required materials so the demand for those materials is down which means the supplier of those Raw Materials is going to reduce output, and reduce workers so you will realize its going to have a big ripple effect
