@larissamadeleineee: Bake rainbow bread with me 🌈 🍞 Recipe: - 300g flour - 165g milk - food colouring - 30g butter - 40g sugar - 6g instant dry yeast Directions: - warm up the milk make sure it isn’t too hot and pour yeast in and let sit for 5 mins - pour into flour and sugar and mix till a shaggy dough forms - knead in softened butter for about 10 mins - divide dough into 4 and add food dye and knead - cover and let it rest for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge - roll each dough into a long thin rectangle similar size and stack on top of each other (I stacked in so that pink would be at the bottom) - roll the dough up into a log and use dental floss to cut off the edges so it would fit into your greased pan - let dough rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size - bake at 175 degrees for 40 mins - at the 20 min mark place a sheet of baking paper on top of the bread don’t seal it to prevent too much browning - let it cool and slice - enjoy!!! #bakingtok #bread
