I lost 6 stone felt amazing then hit a stall for months, then lost momentum and gradually put on a stone over the next 6 months. Whilst I am still 4 clothes sizes smaller as I work out but now hate the way I look and feel fatter than I did before I started, it’s the hardest feeling

I find it so hard to loose weight. With having PCOS and myeloma it’s just rubbish. I needed to hear this! Well done u x

Gone from a 22/24 to a 10/12 worked so hard strict calorie counting and exercise 5 days a week and my minds certainly not caught up i felt more confident bigger than I do now x

I started on the jag last Saturday and omg I can’t believe how I’m getting on. My hubby works away all week and I was bad for not eating proper meals and just taking rubbish up to bed. I have poor mobility and use crutches and a wheelchair. I also have arthritis so hoping this helps me get this excess weight off. First week in and I’m not taking that rubbish upstairs. I’m under my calories for the day and also I’m making better meals for myself. So fingers crossed I get there but this seems to be taking the edge off and I just needed a wee boost. Xxx

I've been on Mounjaro for 14 weeks now and been ill every single day since I started. I've had to fund it myself and now I've been told by my doctor to stop taking it because it's affecting my kidneys. So what next getting told to lose weight but not getting any help. I'm going to have to save up and take that trip to Turkey.

I'm having a gastric bypass on the 1st July, I have done 2 months of monjaro and lost 3st, but that's the only way I could loss it and it's simply to expensive to keep up. you look amazing Jo🥰

you know what thank you for this. I have recently had a child and before I was underweight. and at first I missed my old body and seeing and dressing my new body now was a shock.. I now love my new sizes and new clothes. but like you say it takes time! 💖

Absolutely agree I’ve lost 12 stone and I hate my skin now! The skin is hanging off the top of my thighs and my lower belly is yuck I hate it
