I live in Hawaii. And these people black out all of their windows including the windshields. At night they can’t see so they drive around with their high beams on the whole time. Not caring about the other drivers they are blinding. As long as they feel like they look cool is all that matters.

They don't help. If you have small cataracts, nothing will help. I've purchased two different sets and still have issues. If you have a small amount of cataracts, don't drive at night. Be safe.
