I feel your list are mostly just places with close proximity to the island, picking Surulere over places like Egbeda is not that accurate if we are talking about place with minimum of 20hrs light to even be blunt Yaba and Surulere won’t give you a better light period than Egbeda. But not withstanding, the places you mentioned are good place to stay regardless of their light situation.
