Make sure to rest 2/3 minutes per set Regular push ups 8-15 reps x 4 sets decline push ups (legs raised on something) 8-15 reps x 3 sets incline push ups (arms raised on something) 8-15 reps x 3 sets deep push ups (hands raised but nothing in between so you can go down further) 6/8 reps x 2 sets diamond push ups 6-8 reps x 2 sets
