those who said $2, cheapo,cheapskate, pls la, 5days $10 x4=$40 , sg need more baby, money is not enough, that is ok to me to hand baby to parents by helping them takecare on day time.smrt shld be more kind enough to open the gantry for them. baby with stroller is taking lift so is more convenient out the lift n pass over haha save time too. actually nothing wrong la. not a big issue.

This is an entitled request to open the gates. Public transport staff is deployed to observe security, crowd control, passenger safety etc not to spend time opening gates for multiple passengers simply based on the fact he wants to save $.

this was never an issue in bangkok bts station, staff will open the gate for bulky luggage or trolley and assist to tap in your pass later on the other side. can be easily avoided.

Honestly, this rule isn't new. It's been around for years and applies to everyone. I understand people want convenience, but if every rule is changed whenever someone asks for an exception, there'll be no end to it. Today it's about opening a side gate to save a fare; tomorrow it'll be something else. There has to be a limit somewhere, otherwise rules lose their purpose.
