Cheesy White Fish Skillet

Ingredients
* White fish (cod, flounder, etc.): 1 fillet
* Shredded pizza cheese: 50g
* Salt: a pinch
* Black pepper: a pinch
* Potato starch: 1 tsp
* Olive oil: 1 tsp
* Dried parsley: a little

Instructions
① Season the white fish with salt and black pepper.
② Lightly coat the fish with potato starch.
This helps create a nice golden crust and prevents the fish from falling apart.
③ Add olive oil to a frying pan and spread the cheese directly into the pan.
④ Once the cheese starts melting, place the fish on top.
⑤ Cook for 3–4 minutes.
When the cheese turns golden and crispy, carefully flip it all at once.
⑥ Finish with a sprinkle of dried parsley and serve.
⭐︎Tips
More cheese = better!
Be careful not to burn it by using medium to low heat.
