Crack in more black pepper to taste for that signature bite. Bring it together: Add spinach and let it wilt into the sauce. Return steak and pasta shells to the skillet and toss until fully coated. Serve: Finish with extra cracked pepper, parmesan, and fresh parsley if desired.
