Honestly, the rent in places like Ikota Villa, Ikota GRA, Lekki County Megamond, and Green Bay Estate is way too expensive for the reality on the ground. The drainages are completely blocked and a total mess, which means the whole area floods whenever it rains. To top it off, the estate management doesn't even seem to care.
