Check your memory. Even before starting war with Iran Netanyahu began talking about annexing Lebanon uoto Litani river (part of their Greater Israel plan). Israel chalked dual plan long ago - War with Iran and annexation of Lebanese territory. You would see evidences in statements or talking of the IsraelI leaders.
