same with women too.. dated a girl who claimed to be bisexual and yet was very upset when I spoke about things like bottom surgery in the future and how I was uncomfortable with having things inserted me.. she came out as lesbian after we broke up and it just solidified how she saw me 😭

My ex bf told me he was bi. We got together, he wasn’t out to his family. He didn’t call me a man to anyone other than our friends in school. It got to a point he didn’t even call me anything remotely masculine over TEXT, because he was so used to calling me a girl to everyone around him. He only gave me fuckass compliments like “gorgeous, beautiful, pretty” etc. Completely stopped calling me “pretty boy/baby boy” etc. It wasn’t fun guys!!!!!

You know, now that I look back on it, I think that’s what my ex was wanting me to do. The objectification of my body was only obvious in hindsight. So glad we’re divorced and for all of you that dodged it prior to marriage, I am proud of you and so happy for you. I don’t wish the headache of a divorce on anyone, especially not my fellow trans folks who have experienced this 💜
