![I loaf this recipe a lot 🥪🥗❤️🔥 [~385 cals 40g protein] - Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 This recipe is in my first cookbook and lives rent free in my head so i had to recreate it 🤩 - ✰ 3/4 TJ’s ciabatta semi-baguette (or your fav bread) ✰ 2, 4 oz chicken breasts - garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper ✰ 1/3 cup Greek yogurt ✰ 1 cup cornflakes ✰ 2 cups lettuce ✰ Caesar dressing (1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 1/2 tbsp Parmesan, 1-2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1:2 tsp anchovy paste (optional), salt&pepper) ✰ additional Parmesan for topping (optional) 1. Preheat air fryer to 400 F or oven to 450 F 2. Crush corn flakes 3. Add yogurt and seasoning to chicken then coat in crushed corn flakes. 4. Air fry chicken for ~12 min or until internal temp is 165F. 5. Combine ingredients for Caesar dressing and mix half with lettuce. 6. Toast bread. 7. Add remaining Caesar dressing to bottom bread, then add chicken, salad mixture and top bread. 8. Enjoy!
