I'm the SAME way. And my therapist has said, though it's a good trait, it's also an excuse to ignore myself lol. Not saying its the same for you, but that's been my experience: having to learn how to dial it back slightly to help myself as well. And then a better me = a better me for others. Full circle!

Aww, you’re so wholesome & sweet it’s amazing. Take care of you/do the things you’ve wanted to do to make yourself happy first if you haven’t. Maybe you can make your garden bigger and find a place to donate some of it as food? Or volunteer to make some food for a nursing home?
