I was charged €99 for a subscription that your support team informed me should cost $64.99. Despite being charged more than the advertised price, I still did not receive the full 8,000 credits included with the subscription. Only 5,022 credits were added to my account, leaving 2,978 credits missing. I reported this immediately through the app and was told the issue would be resolved. More than 5 days later, after multiple follow-ups, support tickets, and emails, I still have not received the missing credits or a refund for the amount I was overcharged. I am simply asking for the credits I paid for and a refund of the excess amount charged. Please resolve this issue.i have all the screenshots
