The comments insisting you were spending your husband's money gave me the ick. Such a weird assumption. My husband and I do "finance meetings" too. We call them finance Fridays. And yes sometimes he side-eyes me about purchases, we laugh about it, but we both make 6 figures, we both contribute to our investments, we both agree on what our spending goals should be. It's healthy to be able to have those conversations with laughter and love.
