🍗 Marinated Chicken with Vegetables | دجاج متبل مع خضار 🥔 Ingredients | المكونات: • 8–9 chicken thighs (boneless optional) 8-9 قطع دجاج (يمكن بدون عظم) • 5–6 medium potatoes 5-6 حبات بطاطا متوسطة • 3–4 onions 3-4 حبات بصل ⸻ 🥣 For the sauce | للصلصة: • 60 ml milk 60 مل حليب (نصف كوب صغير) • 60 ml olive oil 60 مل زيت زيتون (نصف كوب صغير) • 1 tsp red pepper paste 1 ملعقة صغيرة معجون فلفل • 1 tsp tomato paste 1 ملعقة صغيرة معجون طماطم • 1 tsp paprika 1 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا • 1 tsp chili flakes 1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أحمر مجروش • 1 tsp oregano 1 ملعقة صغيرة زعتر • 1.5 tsp salt 1.5 ملعقة صغيرة ملح • 1 tsp black pepper 1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود • 2 cloves garlic (crushed) 2 فص ثوم مهروس ⸻ 👩‍🍳 Instructions | طريقة التحضير: 1. Slice onions into rings and place in tray قطّع البصل حلقات وضعه في الصينية 2. Slice potatoes, season lightly with oil + spices, then add on top قطّع البطاطا وتبّلها بقليل زيت وبهارات وضعها فوق البصل 3. Arrange chicken on top رتّب الدجاج فوق البطاطا 4. Mix all sauce ingredients together اخلط كل مكونات الصوص مع بعض 5. Pour sauce over chicken and spread well اسكب الصوص على الدجاج ووزّعه جيداً 6. Cover with baking paper غطّي بورق زبدة 7. Bake at 200°C for 1 hour أدخل الفرن على 200 درجة لمدة ساعة 8.
