Can you try changing all the details associated with the account? Like email, phone number, password and then try? If not I would post tagging Meta on all platforms and expose it then generally are more helpful when companies get publicly exposed for being rubbish.

they took over admin and took you out of it.. just had the same thing happened to my ads account. they added there shop to my account and ran ads. you can delete them. in settings in meta. user requests and pending etc. they're names and email addresse will be in there.. meta AI helped me sort this
