The first one is perfect for when she's running away from something, it captures like a frantic sort of feeling. The second one is when she's running towards someone it gives a sense a safety and stability that makes it feels as if she's reuniting with someone

I kinda prefer the handheld one, it gives a much stronger emotion, like a desperation of running toward freedom. Stabiliser is fine, but it's like looking at something that movies have very often these days. No roughness or a personal touch to a scene to make it pop. If it's all perfect and clean, it gets mundane and boring eventually after being used over and over in many different and/or new movies. This is my opinion tho haha
