the fact that they are bathing him isn’t that weird, it’s like babysitting, but the fact that it’s posted online IS weird. One day the boy will grow up and idk how about you guys but I would feel uncomfortable if I knew that a whole production crew, EDITORS and well known idols saw me naked.

Some of you guys calling this weird are just weirdos yourself honestly. they are literally just giving a BABY a bath you guys are making it weird. You guys don’t know if the mom has been in contact with txt before hand or even if she knew one of them before and next the show is about parenting. A baby having a bath should not be weird to you, you guys have to stop being so sensitive u literally have no clue what’s happening behind close doors so it’s weird that u wanna just jump to conclusions.

What doesn’t sit right with me is: it’s a toddler or baby, he’s being asked to wink and other stuff which is imo kinda comparable with a dog. For the mom it kinda feels like she does this to make money out of her baby.. I would not hand my toddler to strangers and a camera team. Especially in the days of AI and deepfakes and sht. I’m not saying TXT is bad as it was 100% the company telling them they have to do this. I just find it weird. It’s cute content but if I was a mom I’d never do this

the show is literally called "Parenting Diary" of course there are gonna be scenes like bathing babies, changing diapers, and changing clothes. that's just... parenting. 😔 this is a cultural difference, plain and simple. In western culture, filming kids in vulnerable moments is heavily frowned upon, and that's valid. but in korea (and many other asian countries) family shows like this have existed for decades and are completely normalized with educational purposes too, so parents can learn and relate to real parenting moments. you can disagree with it based on your own cultural values, but labeling a korean show as "problematic" without acknowledging that cultural gap isn't really fair. different culture, different norms it doesn't automatically make it wrong

The fact that people are finding this weird is absolutely hilarious. Yoojun is literally a baby and his mother CONSENTED to this, and the production team is making sure nothing bad happens to anyone. Not only that, but TxT are GROWN MEN who know how to take care of children, and they wouldn’t do this if Yoojun’s mother was hesitant or was uncomfortable with what they were doing. It’s clear that Yoojun’s mother trusts TxT to let them do this!
