I can kinda relate, but i also like to depend on others in the sense of, as soon as it involves other people i feel like when i depend on them, they will rather tell me if i do something wrong. Or mess smth up. Like, i‘m just worried i‘ll screw up n ruin smth we were supposed to do as a collective. Does that make sense?

Some of us grow up with parents who feed us with doubts. Whole time I had my grandma and mom telling me I won’t make it and I’m not someone who can move to another country, I went against everything and now whenever I talk to them they’re the most supportive. It took me a lot to believe in myself although I knew what I wanted. Don’t think all of us love to have our hands held. Sometimes it’s the only thing we’re taught
