@rebeccas_english_hub: I teach English vocabulary, grammar, British slang, phrasal verbs and I have a British Pronunciation Course where I teach my accent! If you’d like to study with me, click the link in my bio and I’ll send you the details for my British Pronunciation Course! 🇬🇧 This lesson is on the difference between the past simple and the present perfect (I saw vs I’ve seen) #britishenglish #britishenglishteacher #english #learnenglish #englishteacher
What if you put already and yesterday in one sentence f.e. I have already seen that film yesterday? Or I already saw that film yesterday. My intuition sticks to the first version. But I am German.. so would love to learn.

Your explanation is great! Many teachers make their students confused cause they are not able to teach the real differences between the two tenses🥰

As a 55-year-old native speaker of English, I have never understood these differences. Thank you for the very clear explanation!
