If your upside down a Lincoln would be one of the worse vehicles to buy. If you rollover anything in a Lincoln you will be twice as bad off in 3 years with the massive depreciation. Buy a Lexus, Honda or Toyota. They hold there value and make it easier to trade out without negative equity.
