Do you come here often? ☑️ I’m getting back to doing these more routinely for myself. I had a shoulder injury during my last camp. It’s feeling pretty good now, but I want to make sure it’s stable and strong and able to withstand what I do. 🥊🥋 Keeping to exercises over and over again can be mundane, but highly effective and can be a huge contributing factor to your muscle growth. 📈 If you don’t feel strong or confident in these exact movements, there’s plenty of regressions that you can choose from: For the chin ups, you can use resistance bands, use the lat pull-down machine, work on the negatives of the chin up, or just hang from the bar. For push-ups, you could always grab a box or a handrail and start with your hands higher while still utilizing your entire body in the movement, bench pressing with dumbbells, or even a plank. Your body will thank you for the movement!
