I’m a nurse and the rule for CPR is not to cease CPR UNLESS the responder are TIRED otherwise it shouldn’t be ceased. I will qoute what she said “pinastop ko and CPR kasi padala ko sa malapit na hospital.” Sabi pa nya “15 mins lang ang lapit ng hospital”. That 15 mins is the most crucial part in saving life.

as a responder walang tinuro saamin na ganyan pag dating sa CPR kahit sa CPR guidelines ng Philippines Heart Association, American Heart Association,World Health Organization, etc. walang nakalagay or naka sulat na ititigil ang CPR . wala rin tinuro saamin na itigil ang CPR, nakakahiya yan nasa MDRRMO kapanaman tas ganyan lng assessment nyo

once you start a cpr, you absolutely CANNOT stop it, you need to finish the cycle. anyone else doesn't have the right to tell the person who's doing the cpr to stop. it's a basic rule that a responder should follow while undergoing the BLS Training and orientation.
