@lo_silver: the amount of money people leave on the table because of the WORDS they use is actually insane 😭 sales isn't just what you say. + it's how you say it. + it's the certainty. + the authority. + the leadership. + it's also your body language. & some of you are accidentally talking yourselves OUT of deals. you'll say things like: 🤓 "i can be flexible" 🤓 "just checking in" 🤓 "would you be interested?" 🤓 "i don't want to take up too much of your time" & every single one of those little phrases is quietly killing your leverage 😌 bc whether you realise it or not... you're teaching the prospect how to perceive you. are you a leader or follower?? are you an expert or order taker?? the best closers i've ever met don't sound desperate. - they don't chase. - they don't beg. - they don't over explain. + they lead. that's it. most people don't even need a better offer, they need better language. one small shift in wording can completely change how a prospect responds to you. sales is psychology. always has been. always will be.
