Counting days is the issue, the best feeling is being like a month in and having no idea how many days it’s been. Everyone gets to 10 days, to 20 days, to 30, etc. when does it end? It ends when you forget your even doing retention, and ultimately when you’ve learned how to hold the urges in. And when you’ve relapse, you have to think of it as a tiny setback for a longer stride forward
