I dont know whther the lady appropriate or not but the terms sarong is CORRECT, its a malay/indonesian words for that type of clothing. In Southeast asia, When we wrapped a fabric around the lower half we call it Kain Sarong. Usually can be either batik, or silk or any other type of materials
