I had a teacher like you once. And life got crazy, and I turned to addiction. And when no one else’s face came into my mind, that teachers face would. I felt like I was letting her down, and eventually, seeing her face in my mind was a huge part of me getting clean. I’m 4 years sober, and eventually though she doesn’t know, Ms Ray, you played a part in that. Forever grateful.
