I don’t believe we are getting the same amount of vitamins in our food that we use to get. Our food has been manipulated

When u go to ER they are too busy testing for street drugs instead of testing your nutrients & stuff that matters😏 why do I say that? I personally experienced it & watched my family & friends go through it over the last year. USA medical system is completely broken. They don’t want people better. Why?! 💰💰💰

I got told it was anxiety. I couldn't walk, sleep, form thoughts etc. I had severe b12 and b1 deficiencies. I started at just 1mg thiamine and had paradoxical reactions. I can now tolerate 50mg a day and take b12 shots weekly. The damage is done though.

My wife had sepsis last year and had severe post sepsis syndrome issues. Got her a thiamine test (ordered from an online lab myself because nobody tested her for it) and she was deficient. Then she went on benfotiamine and started showing symptom improvement in about a week (main symptom started disappearing). Took about 2-3 months for larger improvements, but I think she was overall massively deficient in B1 and potassium and those were major contributors to her issues. Once both were fixed, there were steady week over week improvements.

But aren't homeless/alcoholics more likely to have b1 deficiency? So it could be more related to that than the b1 deficiency itself...
