I disagree… the lifestyle required to achieve a healthy and aesthetic body is a healthy one. On the contrary, we should stop associating fun with unhealthy behaviour, and praise hard work, discipline and health!!!

It's not that big of a difference. If Henry had shaved his beard or cleaned up the neck line, he would look more like he used to. The beard gives an illusion of a bigger change.

the lifestyle is not a healthy one??? not mentally healthy if you like junk food... Ask Ronaldo... I don't take carrots to the cinema but I take them. Don't idolize but being very healthy and take care is not bad. I am a registered dietitian in my country and it gives rewards when you are old. thank you
