The problem with most gluten-free recipe for bread or similar is that they are not wheat allergy friendly 😭😭 Most used deglutinised wheat starch and I can not have that, so I have to always try different mixes and have a few tries before finding a good alternative

Wait I love you! Thank you!! My sister just found out she has Celiacs Disease and I’m trying my best to find ways to bake things for her bc it’s so hard to find things that she can eat and she genuinely loves bread and pasta so this was devastating for her.
