If we are recommending Azelaic acid and tretinoin we need to also be recommending SPF EVERY TIME. These products will do nothing and cause damage if you’re not also using SPF every day.

im in family practice and azelaic acid is a hidden gem for sooo many people. check skan it tells u its good for pregnancy, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, acne. I love tretinoin, but LOVE azelaic acid its so versatilee

just because dermas use it, doesn't mean it fits your skin type/skin issue. The only reason why people should use it is because dermas RECOMMENDED/PERSCRIBED them. The last sentence just proves that it is all for the trend.
