it's easy to explain "why YouTube comments have 'more intelligence' it's because of the usual comments never joke about something serious, ragebait, neither hate each other from having happiness, automatically the YouTube comments also won't bother to comment something educational, and you can also see that YouTube gives a lot of education videos from their platform, cuz the platform can give multiple types of content to the viewers. and tiktok here, are filled with some short instant dopamine vids that make the audience just enjoy things with an instant and got too attached, and the side effects are in the tiktok algorithm, tiktok have the thing called 'trend' and some people became FOMO and scared to be so called "missed out" by their friends, and for short, tiktok is just an instant dopamine platform that gives minimal education, and just gives you 'happiness' but YouTube gives you rich types of videos to choose, happy content, sad, relatable, and also inspiratife, and educational contents
