@jasraynes: Tbh, balloon arches are becoming my least favorite thing to do because I’m just gonna say it… people are cheap and they always want something for nothing (not this person I’m doing it for.. I’m doing my service as a gift for family friend) but honestly if you think you are getting a arch for $80 think again. That’s what the balloons cost 9/10 times by themselves not including the time it takes to drive there, blow them up, put them up, make sure nothing looks crazy, etc.
