@themeldemi: state 12/50 ✅ and it came with horses & bourbon ✨ we had a collective ~15 free hours in Lexington, Kentucky and with that, I knew I had to do two of the most iconic Kentucky things 👇🏽 🐎 a tour at @oldfriendsequine which included meeting some Kentucky Derby winners like Silver Charm who is older than I am 🥹 🥃 bourbon tastings at @buffalotracedistillery (which was FREE !! but requires booking in advance) as well as @pepperdistillery & @barrelhousedistillingco which are in Lexington proper 🍻 beers at @ethereal_brewing & @theburlarcade 🚕 getting stranded between cities because we didn’t rent a car & Ubers were sparceeeee (don’t be like us, rent a car) I know there’s still so much of this state to discover, but it was a perfect first visit to Kentucky for us 💛 #USTravel #visitkentucky #lexingtonkentucky #kentuckyhorses #horsefarm

Next time try castle and key and Woodford as they are right up the road from each other and could stop in between at lunch place (or brunch) at the stave (although may need to reserve table during peak hours)
