Praying for your healthy recovery. I’m having my tummy tuck in 2 weeks and like you I got everything I needed for post-op recovery - wedge pillow, arnica tea and pills, heating pad, and compression bands and board all from Amazon.

I feel ya on the prescription pain pills, I always stop 2-3days then I just take Tylenol or Advil that prescription pain medication makes me feel weird I have so many from every surgery I have gotten & all the dental procedures

Get a travel pillow. binder. The first 24 hrs its hell lol u will need serious pain meds, I drank arnica tea, I wore my bra for a year and my results came out great
