Hey, waitor in England here where tipping culture isn't a thing and tips are left based on genuine enjoyment (mainly), I still do my job and treat customers with respect and kindly cos that's the service they're paying the restraunt for and that's the service you're being paid to provide. This is the bare minimum

In my country there’s little to no tipping culture, but the servers are still treat people very well, because the hiring companies actually pay them to do their job🤷🏽♀️
