@gardentogrill: How I support tomatoes without spiral stakes or plastic 🌱🍅 I use a plant-based rope that can hold up to 90 kg. A bowline knot around the base keeps the rope secure without choking the plant. The other end is tied to a metal bar at the top of my greenhouse. As the tomato grows, I simply twist it around the rope. No plastic clips, no spiral stakes, and very little cost. I use the same method for cucumbers and melons too.
