As a Romanian, I wanted to say we have rice boiled in milk instead of water that's eaten with jam. It's meant to be a nice, sweet desert, you can also add vanilla if you know your stuff. But the moment he pulled out the garlic, man.... And the oil... AND PAPRIKA...... Fucking hell, man....
