And a Firefly animated series is officially in the works. Original cast. No streamer yet, but the wheels are turning. As a Firefly fan, the cancellation never stopped hurting. But this announcement has me genuinely excited. Firefly is finally coming back and Alan Tudyk is coming with it! And if you haven't explored his live action work yet. Check him out as Wash in "Firefly", Noah Werner in "Suburgatory", Mr. Nobody in "Doom Patrol," and Harry Vanderspeigle in "Resident Alien." The final season just dropped on Netflix.
