disclaimer : what will i type is not disrespecting anyone and just a honest thought, you should not care about what i will type if you do not have the same perspective. I think the more complicated the editing is the more it makes the viewer distracted, so it’ll make your audience smaller?. and i don’t think there’s a “big creator” that often get “big viewership and engagement” other than gawx (Correct me if i’m wrong). And i think gawx himself do not use that many complicated effect or typography, he uses more of the footage and shot variety while maintaining good storytelling. What i’m trying to say is, i think complicated effects and typography videos are good for video editor audience, but it will not very good for larger audiences, so if you all gonna start content creation, please adjust your editing style that matches the audience. and again i don’t mean any disrespect against this content creator your editing is soo good man, i just wanted to say what i think is right that might help a few people that just started content creating and maybe stuck because maybe you think you have to do complicated stuff, if you have any arguments that can help me prove or disprove my points we can discuss here
